What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have different methods  to meet your completely satisfactory experience,. You’ll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order summary, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Orders after you’ve placed your order depending on the method you chose.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping at additional charge, depending on the item. You can see the cost on the checkout on the product page and the ckeckout page.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You will get your desired product as soon as possible! Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you’ve chosen, this is specified on the checkout page and after that we will inform you via email. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time (unless we’ve specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout).

We accept 2 Checkout available methods, generally all Visa and MasterCard and you can also pay through PayPal (Payment through PayPal is available for US and international).

Our payment page complies with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) and your information is protected with an SSL encryption. Adrena does not store any credit card data on our server. Ordering from fresh online is safe and secure. Once you click on “Order Review,” you’re on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

That’s an excellent question! We made it super easy for you to find and order amazing designs from artists all around the world.

Step 1: Find something you love     Start browsing all of the awesome products!  Once you choose your category, from Accesories, Diecast, Kids or other products like Perfomance or Interior, browse through the catalog of designs until you find just what you’re looking for.

Step 2: Add to Cart    From the product page, start off by selecting the right category from the dropdown menu of available products- Then pick the correct product or variant. If you’re not sure what size best fits you, click on Specification Info to find the measurements for each item. Once you find your right variation and, select Add to Cart and you’ll see a confirmation that the item is now in your shopping cart. Click View Cart to place your order or Continue Shopping to add the item to your cart and keep shopping for more.

Step 3: View or Change your Cart

Once you’ve added all the items to your cart, begin the checkout process. Click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your shopping cart. Here you can change or update any items in your cart. To take something out, click Remove next to the design image. To change the quantity, update the number in the quantity filed and hit Update. You can also add any promo or gift codes you plan to use at this step. Enter your code into the Adrena Coupon Code field and select Apply. Once your cart is all set, select Checkout to proceed to checkout. Paypal and 2Checkout are also available.

Step 4: Checkout  Checkout has three easy sections: Shipping InfoShipping Method, and Payment Info. Fill in the appropriate information on each step and hit Continue to move to the next step. If there are any issues with information entered, an error will pop up with information on what to do in order to proceed. If you’d like to change anything during the checkout process, go to the appropriate section and click ‘Edit” to make changes. Once you’ve filled out the Shipping Info, select the Shipping Method for your order, then enter your Payment info. Once your information is all entered, select Place your order! on the final step to submit your order.

Step 5: Get Excited     You’re all set! We’ll send over an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome products to arrive in the mail. Thank you for supporting independent businesses all over the world!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your Adrena account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

If you weren’t logged in, you can access your order through the Order status. Enter your order number, email address, and billing post code. Make sure this information matches your order exactly to locate your purchase.

TIP:  It’s a good idea to double-check the order number from your initial email confirmation. Shipment numbers, which are sent in the shipping confirmation email, are different from order numbers. Make sure to enter the billing post code just as you entered it when you placed the order. If you entered something other than the post code (such as the city name) in this field during checkout, be sure to enter that info instead. Don’t include any extra spaces or characters.

Now, you should see your order details and status.  If your order says ‘ Open for changes‘, we can make updates. Hooray! However, if your order is ‘Processing‘ or ‘Shipped‘, it’s already in motion and we’re unable to make any changes.

Update your Address

If your order is in ‘Open for changes’, the shipping address fields are editable. You can change your name, address, city, state, or post code. Hit ‘Update’ when you’re done to save the changes to your order.

Update Item(s) or Cancel Your Order

To change items in your order, you’ll want to cancel your order and place it again. If your order is in the ‘Open for Changes’ status, you’ll see a blue ‘Cancel’ button under your order number. By hitting this button, your order will be canceled and your original payment will be refunded in full. There’s no undoing an order cancellation, so make sure it is definitely what you want to do. Once your order is canceled, place another order with your updated items.

You can also contact our Help team to cancel or make changes to your order. Depending on demand, we can’t guarantee these requests, but we promise we will try our hardest. We are only be able to change or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed. Be sure to include details about the changes you need made- your new address, size, shirt design, etc.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order without having an Adrena user account. No sign-up or login required to order!

If you do sign up to be a Adrena user (hey, it’s FREE!), you can create a profile, start , earn and spend Rewards points, score points,  participate in the community forums, and keep track and store your order history!

How Do I Track My Order?

You can easily checking your order status on any recent or past orders or TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE . Checking your order status will vary depending on whether you were logged in to your user account at the time of purchase.

Logged In

If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status in your Adrena account. Login, hover over your profile avatar, and select the Your Account link on the top right-hand side of the page. Here you can find all orders you placed while logged in under the Orders tab in your account.

Not Logged in

If you don’t have an Adrena user account (or weren’t logged in when you ordered), we still got you! Check your order status by going the Order Status page. Here you can enter your order number (not shipment number), email address, and billing zip/post code. Make sure to enter this information as it was entered when the order was placed otherwise your order details may not be located. Because the Order Status page is quite picky (it helps to make sure your information stays secure), Contact our Help team if you are unable to pull up your order details. Simply let us know what information you are entering in which fields, and we can share your order details. If you have an Adrena user account and forgot to login when you placed the order, we can also add it to your user account history.

How Can I Return a Product?

If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or it isn’t what you expected for any reason, our Customer Support will gladly replace or exchange any items free of charge. Give our Help Team a shout at help@threadless.com, or simply reply to your order or shipping confirmation email, including pictures of your product and your feedback, and we’ll make it right.
